Obligations of the Louis Vuitton Foundation.

Using the Louis Vuitton Foundation mobile application may entail you disclosing personal data and information.

Pursuant to French “data protection” Act 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as a user of the application you have the right to access and amend your personal data. If you wish to exercise this right, please e-mail the site editors at contact@fondationlouisvuitton.fr.

Pursuant to French Anti-Terrorism Act 2006-64 of January 23, 2006, the Foundation is required to hold data for a period of one year. Pursuant to article L34-1-1 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code, information stored in this manner may be consulted by national police or gendarmerie forces only in the event of a criminal investigation or by order of an administrative tribunal.

 

Obligations of Users

Users undertake to: (i) observe legal provisions in force, particularly those relating to intellectual property, privacy (French “Data Protection” Act), and automated data processing system protection (French “Godfrain” Act 88-19 of January 5, 1988) (ii) ensure the safety and protection of their hardware, and take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software against any intrusion, virus infection or other damage to their hardware and/or data.
