In conjunction with the 36th edition of the European Heritage Days, the Fondation opens its doors on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September. Everybody, children and adults, are welcome to discover the building in a whole new perspective. 



The Architectural Journey allows you to explore Frank Gehry's "glass vessel". From the ground floor to the terrace, discover the different themes and go through the behind-the-scene of the building : from materials to design, construction and contexte. Don't miss out on short-tours with guides that will give you anecdotes on this architectural and technical gesture. 




For 3 to 5 years old - only available in French 

Children and parents follow the adventures of a small falcon flying over the Foundation looking for the amazing secrets of the building.




For 6 to 12 years old - only available in French 

As you explore the Fondation Louis Vuitton, enjoy family fun together, trying your hands at architecture with games and sketches, helped by qualified guides.

Open Space #6 Meriem Bennani

Open Space is a programme dedicated to the most contemporary artistic expressions. National and international artists are invited to create a specific project for the Fondation. Open Space takes place regularly in different settings around Frank Gehry’s building.

Charlotte Perriand: Inventing a New World

The Fondation opens a large-scale exhibition dedicated to Charlotte Perriand (1903-1999), a free woman, pioneer of modernity, a leading figure of the XX century design, who contributed to the definition of a new art de vivre. ​

The Fondation presents the most substantial Cindy Sherman exhibition to be presented in Europe over the last 10 years with 170 works from 1975 to 2020. The exhibition will cover her entire career, with a particular focus on pieces produced since the early 2010s, as well as some previously unseen works.
