Late Hours

On the first Friday of every month, the Fondation hosts its “Late Hours”, offering a different perspective on the building, the art works and the exhibitions.

January’s Late Hours is a special holiday event for families to discover Charlotte Perriand, conceived to keep children entertained while letting them become designers and architects for the evening!

THE PROGRAMME

7 P.M. - 10.30 P.M.

AUDITORIUM

“MY CARDBOARD HOUSE”

INSTALLATION/WORKSHOP WITH AURELIEN DEBAT

The Auditorium will be transformed into a playful design and architecture studio. Recreate Perriand’s iconic furniture and buildings using 200 colourful cardboard cubes in this installation by the illustrator Aurélien Débat. Children and parents can construct their own versions of Perriand’s designs.

MUSIC

AUDITORIUM

7 P.M. - 8 P.M. AND 8.45 P.M. - 10.30 P.M.

RADIO MINUS DJ SET

8 P.M. - 8.45 P.M.

ALEK & LES JAPONAISES

To provide the entertainment for the evening, Radio Minus will install their decks for a fun, kid-friendly DJ set. Radio Minus is a quirky Internet radio station for youngsters with a mission to track down, archive and broadcast previously forgotten musical gems made for and by children. Accompanying them on stage will be Alek & Les Japonaises, a sparkling Belgian-Japanese duo with an electro-tropical vibe. Accompanied by their surrealist toy box, they will create a cosmopolitan atmosphere that Perriand would have approved of, performing their self-deprecating songs in Japanese, French and Spanish.
