"CAPUCELLI" - GAUTIER CAPUÇON CONCERT
Continuing his dedication to his Classe d’Excellence de Violoncelle, which he has directed for seven years at the Fondation Louis Vuitton, Gautier Capuçon joined forces with six past laureates, all classes combined, to form a unique cello ensemble named “Capucelli.”
They presented a set of works for seven cellos – arrangements and transcriptions by Piazzolla, Tchaikovsky, Bartók, Dvořák, Bizet –, as well as creations and commissions from the Fondation to renowned composers such as Bryce Dessner, Guillaume Connesson and Bruno Mantovani...
