The Fondation Louis Vuitton supports and honours young talent. After Rémi Geniet in December, the new generation Piano recital cycle will host Georgy Tchaidze on 30 January 2015. Originally from Saint Petersburg, Georgy Tchaidze is the Prize Laureate of the Honens International Competition in Calgary, Canada in 2009.

Only 25 years old, he has been invited to perform across North America, including at Carnegie Hall in New York and the Glenn Gould Foundation in Toronto. In Europe, he has played the Wigmore Hall in London and the Konzerthaus in Berlin, the city in which he resides. His talent is widely acclaimed by his peers, notably the prestigious Borodin Quartet with whom he performed as a quintet.

At the Fondation Louis Vuitton, Georgy Tchaidze will perform Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky along with works by Brahms, Chopin and Scriabin.
