Restaurant Le Frank

The Fondation Louis Vuitton has placed its restaurant 'Le Frank' in the capable hands of Michelin-starred chef, Jean-Louis Nomicos.

In this architectural structure of light, Jean-Louis Nomicos proposes a refined, gourmet and fragrant cuisine, revisiting French cuisine, as well as several flavours from other countries.

Beneath the Frank Gehry’s "Fish Lamp" (2014), the menu evolves through the day, offering a selection of dishes suited to every taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is transformed as the day goes by and reveals a warm and intimate atmosphere in the evening.

During the day

Gourmet and balanced compositions

The Chef invites you to discover through his compositions, a subtle blend of flavours, textures and shapes, bound with delicacy. A contemporary and harmonious cuisine, where savours are carefully chosen so you can taste them all.

The lunch menu is available from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., before giving way to a lighter, savoury and sweet menu for the afternoon.

In the evening

Dinners with stories to tell

Reservations only

As the glass structure gets shrouded by nightfall and Frank Gehry’s fishes light up, the restaurant stages elegant tables, every Friday and Saturday night, for exceptional dinners by reservation only.

Chef Jean-Louis Nomicos proposes a balanced and sophisticated menu that will delight gourmets, which can be paired with a wide selection of wines à la carte.

Each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday night, the restaurant “Le Frank” can be privatised, from 50 guests. According to the programme of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, events and themes will be suggested.
