Preamble
The Fondation Louis Vuitton (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us") undertakes to collect only the data it needs to provide the User (hereinafter referred to as "You") with optimal use of the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") it offers, to ensure the confidentiality and security of such data, including when it uses service providers, and to facilitate the exercise of the User's rights with regard to his/her data.
Our first commitment is to comply with the applicable legislation on data protection, and in particular with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (also known as the RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended.
We strive to be as clear as possible about the protection of your personal data. Data we collect
We collect personal data about you in order to manage your reservation, your membership in the Fondation Louis Vuitton member program or your subscription to the newsletter and/or communications from the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
These data come from :
§ Information that you communicate to us when you book a visit, subscribe to the Fondation Louis Vuitton newsletter or when you communicate with our team and our reservation service. This personal information includes, for example, data enabling you to be identified, your e-mail address and your visit preferences.
§ Information resulting from your use of our services. We collect information about the services you use and how you use them. For example, the use of our free wifi hotspot, data relating to your navigation on the site, the pages you have consulted, your activity on our applications. We use this information to develop our service offering on the basis of statistical data, and also to comply with applicable regulatory constraints, particularly in terms of traceability.
We do not process special categories of data (sensitive data) such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data or data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation. We may process health data when booking a visit for people with disabilities, subject to your prior and explicit consent
This data is kept for the time strictly necessary to purchase your ticket, to carry out the visit or membership program and to provide regulatory proof of this. In the case of the newsletter, it is kept for the duration of your subscription.
Data collected as part of the management of your online ticket purchase on the Fondation Louis Vuitton ticketing service (https://www.fondationlouisvuitton.fr/en/billetterie):
To book tickets via our online ticketing service, we use the white-label ticketing service provider Seetickets.
We collect your identity and contact details, as well as billing information and information required to provide you with your ticket or booking confirmation.
You will be asked to enter your e-mail address, surname, first name, date of birth, zip code and cell phone number.
Finally, you will be asked to enter a password. Online ticket reservation requires the creation of a ticketing account, so that you can later download or re-download your ticket should you lose it.
The information collected as part of the management of your online ticket purchase is recorded in a computerized file by our service provider, for the purposes of managing your ticket purchase and regulatory traceability, making your ticket available and to allow the Fondation Louis Vuitton to ensure your reception and billing follow-up
Your identification data is kept for three (3) years from the last contact and, for billing data and the ticket, for the length of time required to comply with legal obligations, i.e. for 10 years, in accordance with article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
Data collected to organize your visit
When you make your reservation, we ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you to organize your visit or to warn you in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events forcing us to postpone your visit.
Organization of an individual visit via our call center
The information collected in the course of managing your reservation is recorded in a computerized file by our remote customer relations service provider, Bluelink, for the purposes of managing your reservation request and regulatory traceability, and by the Fondation Louis Vuitton in order to ensure your reception and billing follow-up.
Organization of a school group visit
The Fondation Louis Vuitton offers the possibility of organizing visits for school groups. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please fill in a form on the site, in the "School groups" section of the ticket office. The following fields must be completed: type of group, school name, address, additional address, zip code, town, country, telephone, fax, school e-mail address, name of group leader, e-mail address, cell phone and choice of activity, desired visit dates, visit language, number of participants, number of accompanying adults.
The service provider responsible for processing this type of reservation is Bluelink.
The service provider in charge of cultural mediation is Pont des arts: in order to provide the best possible welcome for groups, this service provider has the name of the tour organizer(s) and the telephone number of the main contact(s) for all types of group. This number is used to contact the tour organizers in exceptional circumstances (delays, cancellations, etc.) and to ensure a personalized welcome on site, when the group arrives. It is not kept after the visit.
Organizing a visit for groups with disabilities
The Fondation Louis Vuitton offers the possibility of organizing free visits for groups with disabilities. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please fill in a form on the site in the "Disabled groups" section of the ticket office. The following fields must be completed: type of structure, name of structure, address, additional address, zip code, town, country, telephone number, email address, name of group coordinator, coordinator's cell phone number, coordinator's email address, total number of participants, including number of accompanying persons, type of disability (disabled, visually impaired, hearing impaired, mentally disabled, psychologically disabled, autistic spectrum disorders, Alzheimer's sufferers, people with cognitive disorders and people with multiple disabilities or other).
The data collected in this way is not personal, insofar as we do not have access to the nominative list of people making up the group of visitors with disabilities.
The service provider responsible for processing this type of reservation is Bluelink.

Organization of a "VIP" visit
The Fondation Louis Vuitton allows you to book a "VIP" visit at a special rate: a private tour of the current exhibition, accompanied by mediators, usually outside the Foundation's opening hours.
When organizing a "VIP" visit, we collect the following data: date of the visit, contact details of the visit organizer, name of the person or organization benefiting from the visit, invoicing data, as well as any data required to organize the visit (language, schedule, etc.).
Organizing a privatization
The Fondation Louis Vuitton allows you to privatize its premises, i.e. to rent the Fondation Louis Vuitton. It then makes all or part of the Foundation available for the organization of private events.
Within the framework of a privatization, the Fondation Louis Vuitton and its service provider Havas Events collect the following data for the purposes of prospecting/marketing, organizing and holding the event, sending the contract and billing data: surname, first name, title/function, contract signatory, address, email, telephone number.
Invoicing data is kept for five (5) years from the date of privatization, for the purposes of complying with legal accounting and tax obligations. The data of persons having organized a privatization may be used for commercial prospecting purposes for a period of three (3) years from the end of the commercial relationship. These persons may request the deletion of their data at any time, with the exception of billing data, which must be retained at a later date.
The data of people who have organized a privatization at the Fondation Louis Vuitton can be integrated into the file of people invited to the openings of the Foundation and invited to preview days of exhibitions.
Guests' names are passed on to our reception and security service providers to ensure a smooth reception on the day of the event, and are not retained.
Data collected in the context of your exchanges with customer service via the "contact@fondationlouisvuitton.fr" box or by telephone on 01 40 69 96 00.
The Foundation provides you with a remote customer relations service provider, Bluelink, which responds to your requests, monitors service quality and can, in particular, assist you with individual purchases, book group visits or respond to any complaints you may have.
This service provider responds to your requests by email to contact@fondationlouisvuitton.fr or by telephone on 01 40 69 96 00.
In this context, the following data may be collected:
- Random recording of conversations in our service provider's dedicated tool for training purposes and to improve service quality. You may object to these recordings by indicating this at the very beginning of the call. These recordings are kept for a maximum of six (6) months.
- If you leave a voice message, your message will be kept for as long as it takes to be processed, and for a maximum of fourteen (14) days.
- If you exchange e-mails with the service, your exchanges are kept for the time necessary to process your request and for the following six (6) sliding months in order to respond to any complaints you may have concerning this request. Any new request you may make will restart this period.
- In our reservation management and invoicing tool (GTS - VIVATICKET): identification data of the person contacting the advisors (surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address), structure data (website address), visitor data and invoicing data (identity, address, zip code, landline and/or mobile telephone number);
- In our Seetickets ticketing tool: encrypted bank details, surname, first name, e-mail address, transaction ID, ticket barcode, ticket ID, bank reference, reservation number, credit card number, IP address and, if applicable, subscriber number, telephone number, name of facility, facility identifier. When this means of payment is offered: transfer order ;
- For privatizations, we may collect visitor data (surname, first name, telephone number, entity, details of evening event) via our Résao tool.
Data collected in the context of your exchanges with our chatbot
When you chat with our Twelvy chatbot, Fondation Louis Vuitton's service provider, Ask Mona, collects and stores your data to best respond to your requests and for statistical purposes.
Your first and last names are kept for a maximum of three (3) months after your last use of the chatbot, so that we can contact you again (push message) if necessary during this period.
Messages sent to the chatbot are stored anonymously to train the chatbot to respond.
Chatbot usage data is stored anonymously in order to optimize the chatbot's operation.
This data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt (Germany).
Data collected to manage your membership
The Fondation Louis Vuitton offers membership programs.
In the context of your membership, we collect the following data on a membership form: surname, first name, date of birth, zip code, country, mobile number, email, password, whether or not you wish to receive the Foundation's newsletter, and your communication preferences (exhibitions, concerts, family activities, events and performances).
The data collected will be recorded in a file used by the Fondation Louis Vuitton to manage your membership and to send you its monthly newsletter, subject to your consent.
Our communications are mainly by e-mail. We collect your cell phone number to warn you in case of cancellation or unexpected closure of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, for example in case of extreme weather conditions. Your postal code and year of birth are used by the Fondation Louis Vuitton for statistical purposes.
This information is intended for the Fondation Louis Vuitton, which undertakes not to use it for commercial purposes.
Data collected in the context of your calls to the customer service provided by our service provider Bluelink:
- Record your special requests in the ZENDESK customer service management tool
- Call recording: We inform you that your telephone conversation may be recorded and analyzed by the Fondation Louis Vuitton in order to analyze and control the quality of the response provided to you and to respond to any complaints made by our customers.
You can object to this recording in the following ways: Pressing a telephone key or making a request to the operator
The recipients of these records are: BLUELINK, the Fondation Louis Vuitton's service provider, and the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, which will be kept for a period of 2 months. You may exercise this right in accordance with the procedures set out below.

Data collected when you subscribe to the newsletter
We send our newsletter to anyone who has indicated that they wish to receive information about the Fondation Louis Vuitton's programming and who has registered for this service either when purchasing their ticket or independently in the newsletter registration section located here: https://www.fondationlouisvuitton.fr/en/newsletter.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we ask you to enter the following information: email address, surname, first name, country and date of birth, as well as your interests (exhibitions, concerts, family activities, events and performances).
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you can update your personal information and preferences at any time, or opt out of receiving such information by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of all our mailings.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your data for three (3) years from the date of your subscription, unless you unsubscribe before the end of this period. At the end of this period, we will send you a message to let you know if you still wish to receive our news and we will keep you in our database, provided you have expressed your wish to do so.
Data collected through your use of our applications
The Fondation Louis Vuitton invites you to enhance your visit by using its applications:
§ "Fondation Louis Vuitton": the application offers audioguided tours of current exhibitions, the architectural itinerary and commissioned works installed within the Fondation Louis Vuitton, as well as exclusive bonus content on the works or architecture.
§ ArchiMoi / ArchiMoi mini: the Foundation's edutainment application, specifically designed for children, encourages them to actively and independently explore the building designed by architect Frank Gehry.
§ Lucky Vibes: the Foundation's game app, a smartphone entertainment game combining music and dexterity, lets young visitors discover the building through the seasons by chasing musical notes to compose a melody.
As part of your use of these applications, we may collect the following data: technical data including IP address, connection data, browser type, time zone, hardware identifier (phone, tablet), geolocation data for the sole purpose of letting you know you are near a work, browser plug-in type and version, operating system version and browser platform, score and email address.
These applications are developed and maintained by our service provider AppsPanel, which may also access data collected during their use.
Data collected when using our Popbook, digital guestbook
As part of your visit, you may use our Popbook, the Foundation's digital guestbook, in which you are invited to compose messages. As part of your use of the Popbook, we collect the message composed and store the last 1,000 messages in specific directories (one directory per day). They remain anonymous if you do not choose to share them. We collect your e-mail address if you choose to receive your message in your mailbox, and publish your message on our dedicated Facebook/Popbook/FLV page if and only if you so choose. Images are stored for twelve (12) months on our server.
Data collected in connection with your participation in contests organized by the Foundation
The Fondation Louis Vuitton periodically organizes contests, either on its own or in partnership, for example with radio stations. The collection of personal data in connection with these competitions is based on the participant's acceptance of the competition rules and on the Fondation's legitimate interest in organizing such events.
To participate in a contest organized by the Fondation Louis Vuitton or by a radio partner of the Foundation, you may be asked to join the Fondation Louis Vuitton account on a social network such as, for example, Instagram. There is no obligation to participate or join. In fact, you can decide at any time to stop following the account in question.
If you are one of the contest winners, you will be asked to provide us with your identity and address so that we can send you your prize.
You may also receive our newsletter and may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
This data is kept for the duration of the competition and, if you do not unsubscribe from our newsletter, for the duration of your subscription to our information.
Data collected when using the wifi hot spot
The Fondation Louis Vuitton provides its visitors with a free wifi hotspot to enable you to access the Internet and the applications it offers. Videoprotection of our premises
The Fondation Louis Vuitton implements a video protection system on its premises to ensure the protection of public buildings and installations and the surveillance of their surroundings, the prevention of terrorist acts, and the prevention of attacks on the safety of people and property in places particularly exposed to the risk of assault or theft, and more specifically of works of art. We have a large number of cameras (more or less three hundred (300) depending on the exhibition) which film the exhibition rooms, corridors, entrances and exits. In accordance with current legislation, recorded images are kept for thirty (30) days and deleted at the end of this period, unless required to document an incident or accident involving a visitor.
Legal basis for processing
The Fondation Louis Vuitton processes most of your personal data as part of the service contract you enter into with us when you purchase a ticket. However, we may process certain data concerning you on the basis of your consent (e.g. newsletter subscription), due to legal obligations (e.g. traceability of connections made via our wifi network) or to pursue our legitimate interests (e.g. video-protection of our premises).
Partners with whom we may share your data
The Fondation Louis Vuitton is the recipient of personal data collected through its website https://www.fondationlouisvuitton.fr, your exchanges related to the booking of a visit and, where applicable, in the context of your visit, including "VIP" visits and privatization.
Some of the services and functions made available to you by the Foundation require us to share information with other users or with our service providers. We may also share such information for legal reasons, particularly in the event of litigation.
Specifically, we disclose your personal data to third-party companies, organizations or individuals in the following circumstances:
§ Where this is necessary for external processing purposes, we pass on this data to our trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, according to our instructions and contractual agreement, in compliance with this Personal Data Protection Policy and in compliance with any other appropriate security and confidentiality measures. We may transfer your personal data to them solely for the purposes set out below.

o Seetickets, Tiqets, France Billet and Viator for online ticketing management;
o VivaTicket and Ingenico for on-site ticketing;
o Bluelink for call center management and pre- and post-sales customer service;
o Pont des arts, the service provider in charge of cultural mediation, including group visits to the Foundation.
o Nomosphere to offer free public wifi ;
o AppsPanel for the development and maintenance of our mobile applications;
o Marianne for your welcome to the Foundation;
o Reciprocal to assist us in establishing and analyzing statistics on the use of the services we offer you;
o LinkbyNet for hosting our websites;
o Ask Mona to put a chatbot at your disposal;
o ePresspack for providing journalists with press releases, press kits and visuals;
o Havas Events for the organization of privatizations;
o Wavemaker for our media campaigns;
o BETC for social networking;
o LetGo for the graphic design of our newsletters and membership programs;
o Affluences in order to measure the waiting time of our on-site ticketing line. This solution does not process any personal data.
§ Where necessary for communication on social networks. We process the data of our subscribers on the social networks Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WeChat on which we have accounts. We are then jointly responsible for processing with these social networks.
§ When necessary for the management of our mobile applications. In this case, we process the personal data required to download, install and use these applications, in conjunction with the Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) application stores.
§ Where necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and legal proceedings. We will retain or transfer your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation, legal process or administrative request, to protect the safety of any person, to deal with any problem of a fraudulent, security or technical nature, or to protect the rights or property of our users. We check beforehand that the persons to whom the data is transmitted are authorized to do so.
§ The websites of the Réunion des Musées Nationaux (https://librairie.fondationlouisvuitton.fr) and Restaurant Frank (https://www.restaurantlefrank.fr/) are under their own responsibility and are responsible for any data processing they may carry out.
§ Similarly, the Jardin d'Acclimatation is solely responsible for the collection of personal data in connection with the Family Festival. You can consult the Jardin d'Acclimatation's personal data and cookies charter by clicking here.

Please note The Fondation Louis Vuitton does not sell the data and information you entrust to us to any third party and does not process your personal data outside the situations described in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the continued security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of our information system and your data, and to protect personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access.
We undertake to use all available means to ensure the security and confidentiality of such data, in particular :
· We encrypt access to most of our services using SSL technology;
· We conduct internal audits of data collection, storage and processing, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems;
· Access to personal data is strictly reserved for employees and service providers of the Fondation Louis Vuitton who need to know. These persons are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, in the event of breach of these obligations.
Transfer of data to a third country
All our servers on which your data is stored and those of the service providers used to exchange and store this data are located in Europe. Very exceptionally, some of our service providers whose principal place of business is in a country outside the European Union may need to transfer your data to that country. In any case, we check beforehand that they comply with their data protection obligations.

PROTECTION OF MINORS
Only adults are required to provide personal data on the Site. Minors are formally prohibited from providing their personal data or that of their friends, as well as from signing up for online services without permission from the person with parental authority over them. Fondation Louis Vuitton shall delete this data if it is aware of this fact. Persons with parental authority may also obtain access to the data of minors or delete their data in accordance with article 3, above.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE FOR FREE WIFI
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") is to define the conditions of use of the wifi service (the "Service") offered by the Fondation Louis Vuitton, a corporate foundation whose incorporation was authorized by order of the Préfet de Paris, published in the Journal Officiel on November 18, 2006, identified in the Siren under number 494 685 761, having its registered office at Paris, 16th, Bois de Boulogne, 8 avenue du Mahatma Gandhi (hereinafter, "the Fondation Louis Vuitton").
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the service, as the mere use of the service implies your knowledge and irrevocable acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions may be revised, updated or otherwise modified at any time, in whole or in part.

ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE - ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
1.1 PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
The Service allows any natural person (hereinafter, the "User"), whether or not an employee of the Fondation Louis Vuitton and equipped with a wi-fi compatible portable connection terminal, to obtain Internet access from locations covered by the wi-fi network of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, and during the hours when the premises of the Fondation Louis Vuitton are open to the public.
1.2 SERVICE ACCESS
1.2.1. EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE SERVICE
It is the User's responsibility to check that they have the equipment, hardware, software, operating systems, network cards, browsers and other elements enabling them to access the, and use the Service. In this respect, the User is recommended to use equipment with a wireless lan network card certified ieee 802.11b/g and complying with the wi-fi ™ alliance specifications, as well as an internet browser.
1.2.2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
Access to the Service is via a click-and-connect system. The User must validate the Terms and Conditions of Service on the portal to be connected.
ARTICLE 2. OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF THE USER
It is the User's responsibility to (i) comply with the legal provisions in force, in particular with regard to intellectual property, the protection of privacy (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the protection of automated information processing systems (loi Godfrain); (ii) to ensure the security and protection of its equipment, and to take all appropriate measures to protect its own data and/or software against any intrusion, contamination by virus or other attack on its equipment and/or data; and (iii) to maintain the confidentiality of its identifiers, any use of the service made by means of its identifiers being made under its entire responsibility and being deemed to have been made by it. Furthermore, the User acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of the unreliability of the Internet, particularly in terms of the lack of security in data transmission and the absence of any guarantee of performance in terms of the volume and speed of data transmission. The User acknowledges that he/she has been informed that the integrity, authentication and confidentiality of information, files and data of any kind that he/she wishes to exchange over the Internet cannot be guaranteed on this network; he/she must therefore not transmit via the Internet messages whose confidentiality he/she would like to be guaranteed in an infallible manner. Furthermore, the User agrees not to :
§ To transmit via the Service, on the Internet, any content that is illicit, illegal, contrary to public decency or public order, infringing or likely to infringe the rights of third parties, in particular intellectual property rights;
§ Any fraudulent, abusive or excessive use of the Service, such as the voluntary or involuntary congestion of the network and/or mail servers (spamming, bunk e-mail, junk e-mail or mail bombing, teasing, trolling, phishing, etc.), likely to disrupt the availability of said servers or the network, or the introduction of viruses, worms, trojans, malware, phishing, or other harmful components.
In any case, the User is solely responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage caused to the Fondation Louis Vuitton or to third parties as a result of his/her use of the Service.
ARTICLE 3. OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF THE LOUIS VUITTON FOUNDATION
The Fondation Louis Vuitton uses its best efforts to ensure access to the Service. However, the Fondation Louis Vuitton does not guarantee that the Service will at all times be available and will function in an uninterrupted or error-free manner, nor that any defects or errors will be immediately corrected, or that the Service will at all times be free of viruses or other components likely to cause damage, and the Fondation Louis Vuitton may not be held liable in this respect.
The Fondation Louis Vuitton shall not be liable to the User for any damage that may result from the User's use of the content accessible via the Service, nor for any damage caused by (i) an act, omission or fault of the User, and (ii) any case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts. In particular, any damage or loss suffered by the User as a result of the unsuitability, malfunction or incompatibility of the User's computer equipment (hardware and/or software) to all or part of the Service and/or the failure to take all reasonable and necessary precautions against any damaging programs, devices or communications will be deemed to be caused by the User's own act, omission or fault.
In any event, the liability of the Fondation Louis Vuitton is limited to compensation for foreseeable, direct and material damage actually suffered by the User as a result of a breach by the Fondation Louis Vuitton. The Fondation Louis Vuitton is not liable for indirect damages, even if they are foreseeable, such as loss of profits, sales, data, databases or programs, loss of savings and any additional costs, as well as any damage to image and any claims by third parties.
ARTICLE 4. SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The Fondation Louis Vuitton reserves the right, at any time, to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Service without the User being able to claim any compensation from the Fondation Louis Vuitton in this respect, and in particular in the event of a breach by the User of these conditions of use, or a request from a third party and/or any competent authority to this effect. The Fondation Louis Vuitton also reserves the right to block or render impossible access to certain Internet sites by means of security measures such as URL filtering systems.
ARTICLE 5 Data protection when using the WIFI Hotspot
The Fondation Louis Vuitton provides its visitors with a free wifi hotspot to enable them to access the Internet and applications offered by the Fondation Louis Vuitton. The Fondation Louis Vuitton's service provider for this wifi hotspot is Nomosphere, a public wifi network operator: Nomosphere, 29 bd Edgar Quinet, 75014 Paris - France.
As part of the use of the free wifi hotspot made available to visitors, the Fondation Louis Vuitton collects data relating to the traffic generated by the User, and stores, retains and processes data relating to communications made, under the conditions provided for by law, which the User accepts.
The Fondation Louis Vuitton also collects certain data such as the type of browser used or the location from which the User connected to the service. This data in no way establishes a link with the User and is used exclusively to inform the Fondation Louis Vuitton so that it can offer an efficient service in the places where the service is accessed. The Fondation Louis Vuitton may also occasionally inform the owners and operators of web pages linked to the service pages of the number of users accessing these web pages from the service pages.
In accordance with the provisions of article L 34-1 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code, the Fondation Louis Vuitton is required to retain connection data (User identification data, mac address, connection times, traffic data, etc.) for a period of 12 months in order to be able to authenticate users of the service and to keep a record of connections in the event of a request by the competent public authorities (police, gendarmerie, judicial authorities) in the context of the investigation, recording and prosecution of criminal offences. Under no circumstances will this data be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties other than the competent public authority in the context of criminal proceedings (judicial requisition).

ARTICLE 6. LANGUAGE - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
An English version of the General Terms and Conditions is available for information purposes: in the event of a contradiction between a provision of the English version and a provision of the French version of the General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the French version shall prevail.
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of the General Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third parties, including in the event of summary proceedings.
