Access to and browsing on the website https://www.fondationlouisvuitton.en/ (the "Site") are governed by these Terms Of Use (TOU) effective from 27 October 2014.
You accordingly agree to fully acquaint yourself with these Terms Of Use prior to any use of the Site and to refer regularly to them prior to each visit in order to acquaint yourself with the latest version of the TOU. If you do not accept all or part of the provisions of these TOU, please refrain from using the Site, or the services to which it gives access.
Fondation Louis Vuitton reserves the right to modify the TOU at any time. In this case, the modified TOU take effect from their online publication. Therefore we recommend that you regularly read the TOU[1] every time you visit. Please note that it is the latest version of the TOU[2] that will govern your access to and your use of the Site or of the services, if you access it and use them following a modification.

The information provided on the Site is for information purposes. Fondation Louis Vuitton does its utmost to guarantee the accuracy and updating of the information provided on this Site, of which it reserves the right to correct, at any time and without prior notice, the content. However, Fondation Louis Vuitton cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or exhaustiveness of the information provided on this Site. Accordingly, the user accepts that he/she/it is exclusively liable for his/her/its use of this information.

Fondation Louis Vuitton accepts no liability relating to inappropriate use of the services or of their content.

Given that the Site is liable to be upgraded, Fondation Louis Vuitton may be required to shut down the Site in case of maintenance, technological upgrades, malfunctions or the actions of third parties.

Prior notice shall be given of any shutting down of the Site via a warning (pop-up window) featured on the home page or by any other means.

Fondation Louis Vuitton shall take all reasonable measures to restore access as quickly as possible.

The use of all documents/content (texts, software, audio documents, photographs, videos and drawings that appear on or are available via the Site) published on the Site is only authorised for exclusively informative purposes for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes being specifically prohibited except with specific permission from Fondation Louis Vuitton and/or the relevant LVMH Group entities and/or holders of intellectual property rights having granted a license to Fondation Louis Vuitton or to the LVMH Group entities. It is also prohibited to copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse engineer or assemble or in any other way attempt to find the source code (except within the limits authorised by law), sell, assign, sub-license or transfer in any way whatsoever any right relating to the Site / content that is available on it. Likewise, it is also prohibited to modify the Site/content or use modified versions of the Site / of the content and particularly in order to obtain unauthorised access to a Site service and/or access the Site/content by another means than via the interface with which you are provided by Fondation Louis Vuitton for this purpose.

Any databases featured on the Site are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing into the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle) the European Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases. Accordingly, Fondation Louis Vuitton specifically prohibits any reuse, reproduction or extraction of items from these databases. The user is liable for any unauthorised reuse, reproduction or extraction.

The registration forms to sign up for a service must be filled in by the person with parental authority over you. Failing this, your sign-up cannot be valid.

In case of any use of the Site by a minor User, the person(s) with parental authority over the relevant User is(are) fully liable.

The terms for the processing of your personal data in connection with your browsing on the Site are described in the Confidentiality Policy that we recommend you read carefully.

If any one of the clauses whatsoever is found to be null and void, it shall be deemed nugatory but will not cause the other clauses to be annulled. If Fondation Louis Vuitton fails to exercise any one of the rights resulting from these TOU, this does not constitute abandonment of its rights.
