The Fondation offers its young visitors to partake in a selection of emblematic activities from the Atelier to do with family from home, as well as, a selection of illustrated games echoing the exhibitions and the Collection!

The three-pointed crown is a recurring symbol in Basquiat’s work. The use of the crown helps him place emphasis on the heroic character of the people who inspire him: sport players, musicians, writers… This week, print, cut, decorate and assemble your own crown in order to wear it! The crown is available to download and print from the website of the Fondation.

Some of the great Russian collector Sergei Shchukin’s masterpieces have disappeared! This week embark on a mission to find the missing works to reconstitute his collection… 


Using the title of the works indicated on the map of the Fondation, carefully observe the paintings and you will find their location in the galleries! The map and images of the paintings are available to download and print on the website of the Fondation. 



Have fun discovering the Fondation witht the Pop Book Pocket ! With this creative tool, get inside the building take a picture and decorate your selfies with FLV stickers to create your own personalised art work.

Inspired by the work of the artist J.D ‘Okhai Ojeikere, presented in the exhibition “Art/Afrique, le nouvel atelier”, the illustrator Magali Attiogbé has created a memory game to do from home! Print, cut and assemble the game before matching up the 8 faces of the women photographed by the artist.

The Grotto Riddle !


This week, activities about Olafur Eliasson’s artwork, Inside the horizon (2014). After reading the information page and carefully looked at the images of the artwork on the online Collection attempt as a family to solve the riddle imagined by Maison Georges! 


In the text below, cross out one of the pieces of information in bold which you think are false :


This work is composed of 13 / 43 columns whose heights are identical / different, unlike the width which is identical / different. The columns are rectangular / triangular with 1 mirror side / 2 mirror sides and 1 side / 2 sides made up of yellow mosaic. The multiple reflections give the impression of being inside a kaleidoscope / microscope. The yellow colour is warm / cold. This work was commissioned by the Fondation, in fact it is on permanent display / displayed for a few days. 


This work is composed of 43 columns whose heights are identical, unlike the width which is different. The columns are triangular with 2 mirror sides and 1 side made up of yellow mosaic. The multiple reflections give the impression of being inside a kaleidoscope. The yellow colour is warm. This work was commissioned by the Fondation, in fact it is on permanent display.
