Children’s Workshop: My World in a Box - English

Children and parents, accompanied by Cultural Guides, are immersed in the work of Gerhard Richter. First, they explore the exhibition and contemplate each painting – from his seascapes to his celebrated colour charts – like a window onto the world where the concepts of collections, memories and image construction become rich with meaning. Then, once back at the workshop, children create a poetic object in which to enclose their world, with help from the imagination of artist Claire Glorieux.

At 10:30 am and 2:30 pm on Saturdays outside France Zone C school holidays.
At 2:30 pm on Sundays and daily during France Zone C school holidays and all public holidays.

The workshop is designed to be shared with family: children must be accompanied by an adult.
