To complement the exhibition Olafur Eliasson: Contact, the Fondation Louis Vuitton have organised an evening panel discussion bringing together the artist Olafur Eliasson, the film director Claire Denis and the exhibition curators, Laurence Bossé and Hans Ulrich Obrist and the philosopher Michel Bitbol, Director of Research at CNRS, Centre of Research in Applied Epistemology at the Polytechnique School.

The discussion is in English and it is translated (free earphones are given at the entrance).

It is followed by a poetry recital with Cia Rinne. The poetry is not translated.

Claire Denis is a French film director and screenwriter. She is also a professor at the European Graduate School in Switzerland and Femis in France. As a filmmaker she is best known for her style that emphasizes outdoor settings rather than shooting in the studios. Her films question love, desire while music plays a vital role.
