Late Hours "BEING MODERN" #4

On the first Friday of every month, the Fondation offers Late Hour events, a chance to see and experience the Fondation building, along with the works and exhibitions it houses, in a new way. These festive and adventurous evenings centred on the exhibition Being Modern: MoMA in Paris celebrate American art and culture.
In tribute to MoMA’s three founders – Lily P. Bliss, Abby Aldrich Rockefeller and Mary Quinn Sullivan – this fourth Late Hour event showcases creative women from different cultures and generations.

International DJ and promoter of the GirlsGirlsGirls nights and Chentertainment events, Louise Chen is a unique figure on the music and clubbing scene. For the Late Hour, Chen will trawl hip-hop and house, soul and world music to explore different American musical trends.

ANNIE HART – CONCERT

Annie Hart, a founding member of New York synth-pop trio Au Revoir Simone, works her magic with synthesisers in the basement of her Brooklyn home. Last summer she released Impossible Accomplice, her first solo EP, featuring bittersweet lyrics over acid sounds. She will perform her EP at the Fondation Louis Vuitton, the only French date on her European tour.
