Due to the weather conditions, activities originally planned on the terraces will take place in the Hall of the Fondation. Thank you for understanding.

“Last Night with Courtauld” is our last Late Hour event dedicated to “The Courtauld Collection: A Vision for Impressionism”. This event will bring a British accent to the Fondation to celebrate London’s music and food scenes.

DJ Sets IN collaboration WITH NTS Radio
ON THE TERRACES
LOUISE CHEN + GUESTS
NTS Radio was founded in 2011 and is one of London’s leading Internet radio stations. It started out as a pirate station but has now expanded to Manchester, Shanghai and Los Angeles. NTS aims to fill a gap in terms of diversity and radical content on the British airwaves.
It explores everything from minimalist techno to post-punk, grime to neo-classical, covering the local underground scene as well as international DJs.
For this Late Hour event, the Fondation has invited Louise Chen, one of the station’s resident DJs, to curate the evening. She has chosen to work with Mafalda and Henry Wu, two other NTS regulars. Their set will be recorded and aired in June, July and August on Chen‘s radio show.
7.00 p.m.–8.00 p.m.: DJ set
Mafalda
Mafalda is a Portuguese artist based in London. Her music has many influences, navigating between jazz, world, bossa nova, soul and funk. She is the co-founder, alongside Floating Points, of the You’re A Melody parties and label.

Louise Chen
Louise Chen has always been passionate about music and began DJing at the Girls Girls Girls parties she founded in 2012 at the Social Club in Paris. As a hip-hop fan she began exploring the origins of samples, which led her to soul, jazz, boogie, disco and house. Chen is a resident DJ at NTS radio.
9.00 p.m.–10.20 p.m.: DJ Set
Henry Wu
Henry Wu – also known under the name Kamaal Williams – is from Peckham in South London. He is considered to be one of the most promising emerging artists of recent years. His music draws on funk, soul and jazz to create dancefloor-focused house sounds.
