BELLBOY - Live
Bellboy sees their music as an ongoing quest. Exploring many styles, ever curious to discover new sounds, the goal of their experimental work is to create pop-format songs in French enhanced by unexpected arrangements. For their debut project, the duo brings together vocoders and angelic choirs, drum machines and violins, harpsichord and DX7. The lyricism of Ennio Morricone and François De Roubaix, the eclectic works of Ryūichi Sakamoto and Air, as well as the poetry of Brigitte Fontaine and Yves Simon, have inspired the baroque and futuristic aesthetics of this small contemporary opera.
