The Fondation welcomes you to the Journées Particulières, on Friday 16 October for a Late hours and on Saturday 17 October.
Under the theme "Aux Racines du Rêve" ("At the Roots of the Dream"), the Fondation offers a discovery of the building around three themes: Nature, Culture and Gesture.
Nature, in the dialogue that Frank Gehry's architecture maintains with the Bois de Boulogne and the Jardin d'Acclimatation; set upon a pool of water, the building blends into its surroundings, between woodland and garden, playing with light and mirror effects.
Culture, through the Foundation's vocation as a place of creation and transmission, and the discovery of the exhibition Gustave Fayet: Collector - Designer. Icons of Modern Art. Gesture, finally, in the attention paid to looking, to drawing, to materials and to craftsmanship, echoing the singular journey of Gustave Fayet, between collecting, creation and artistic commitment.

From sketch to pattern, this workshop invites children to discover the art of weaving, close to Gustave Fayet's heart. A hands-on approach to materials and colour, with games and tools suited to younger and older children alike.

To continue exploring the exhibition or the building, drop by the family space in the Auditorium with colouring sheets, children's books, interactive mini-games and an installation for little ones: "J'étais une île : des patates et des cécédilles" ("I was an island: potatoes and cedillas"), created by artist Dounia Ismaïl.
