This week, in #FLVfromhome, the Fondation invites you to go back on Alexandre Kantorow's concert, in the Auditorium from 23 September 2019.
The precocity and maturity of this artist never fail to astound. Alexandre Kantorow brings Bartók to join his favourite composer, Brahms, both fervent defenders of traditional Hungarian music, a genre to which he devotes a CD recorded in the Auditorium of the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
With the addition of Liszt and Fauré, Mr Kantorow reveals two contrasting facets of his piano artistry: a brilliant, athletic virtuosity and a fine, delicate technique of disconcerting intimacy.
