Wearing a face mask is mandatory from the age of six throughout the visit, inside the Fondation buildings. Access will be denied to anyone not wearing one.
The pathway in the museum areas is one-way to avoid people having to cross each other.
Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at the entrances of the Fondation, before the Vigipirate (anti-terrorism) security checkpoint, to allow visitors to disinfect their hands. Other hand sanitiser dispensers are available to visitors throughout the visit to encourage compliance with hygiene procedures.
The public cloakroom is a service that is accessible and free of charge. However, visitors are recommended to travel light and are asked to put their belongings themselves on a hanger to limit contact.
