Visit the Fondation Safely
The Fondation is pleased to welcome you for the exhibition: « Cindy Sherman at the Fondation Louis Vuitton » from Wednesday 23 September. For the reopening of the Fondation, health precautions and measures are put in place to ensure your safety, in compliance with the current sanitary advice.
Port du masque obligatoire
Wearing a face mask is mandatory from the age of eleven, including in the waiting line and throughout the visit, inside and outside the Fondation buildings. Access will be denied to anyone not wearing one.
Réservation en ligne
Access to the Fondation’s premises is primarily done by booking one or several tickets through the online ticketing service or through our sales delegates. Visitor entry is conditioned by the presentation of this ticket in printed or electronic form to the Fondation team on the main concourse. They will check its validity and any supporting documents allowing a discount.
The visiting pathway and arrangements have been developed to allow social distancing of 1 metre between visitors, or from the Fondation teams. This distancing is required in all areas, including outside.
Le parcours de visite
The pathway in the museum areas is one-way to avoid people having to cross each other. It is represented on the ground by special signs.
Se laver les mains
Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at the entrances of the Fondation, before the Vigipirate (anti-terrorism) security checkpoint, to allow visitors to disinfect their hands.. Other hand sanitiser dispensers are available to visitors throughout their visit to encourage compliance with hygiene procedures.
Placement dans l'Auditorium
An appropriate system is in place to protect every spectator in the Auditorium. The doors will open 30 minutes before the performance, we advise you to anticipate your arrival. On your arrival, the reception team will guide you to the Auditorium where wearing a mask is mandatory. The placement is adapted to physical distancing measures. One free seat is left between each auditor or group made up of more than 9 people.
The public cloakroom is a service that is accessible and free of charge. However, visitors are recommended to travel light and are asked to put their belongings themselves on a hanger to limit contact with the Fondation team. No suitcase or any other cumbersome objet (folding bike, scooter, skateboard and so on.) may be left there until further notice.
