The Augmented Architecture Tour

Students can explore fascinating areas of the Frank Gehry-designed building with expert help from our Cultural Guides. Throughout the tour, they learn about the Fondation’s construction history, how the building was incorporated into its surroundings, as well details on the major contemporary works that artists created especially for the Fondation.

In addition to the tour of the architecture and commissioned artworks, groups remain with the same Guide for the VR Experience. Students explore the Fondation from the point of view of a towering giant, seeing the building within its setting in a new light. This experience provides a fresh perspective, inspiring them to explore the spaces again with new insights, for an educational sensory adventure. 

From 9 to 14 March and again from 26 March to 12 April 2026.

• Maximum 30 people; the group is divided into two subgroups of up to 15 people each.
• Groups must have at least two adult chaperones in attendance.

Length: 1.5 hours
Hours: Weekdays (except Tuesdays) at 9.30 a.m., 10.00 a.m., 10.30 a.m. or 11.00 a.m.
