Framing, poses, decoration and lighting all play a part in creating an image, and can help us to analyse it. Cindy Sherman prepares her photographs down to every last detail. Nothing is left to chance. Through the works of the American photographer as well as those of Samuel Fosso, Zanele Muholi and Andy Warhol, these tours examine photographic techniques and the importance of constructing the image.
