Promotion VII - Concert of February

Following the French government’s regulations, the Fondation is temporarily closed and all activities and events cancelled until further notice.

Every year since 2014, the Classe d'Excellence de Violoncelle de Gautier Capuçon takes place in the Auditorium of the Fondation. Created and directed by Gautier Capuçon, this project is designed to promote six young and talented cellists from around the world.

Selected by audition, the laureates of the Promotion VII meet from November 2020 to June 2021 for public work sessions and concerts. At the end of each sessions, a concert is organised with the laureates and Gautier Capuçon. The public can book a ticket to see them perform and witness their progression throughout the year.
