FOR ALL

Keen to make visits rewarding and encourage a dialogue with its visitors, the Fondation decided after opening to recruit a team of professional, multilingual guides to work in the exhibition spaces. They are trained in passing on their cultural knowledge to the public, and are on hand throughout the Fondation's opening hours.

Their language skills allow them to answer questions in the most common European languages, but also in less familiar languages, including Japanese, Russian, Greek and Chinese.

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ACTIVITIES

The Fondation Louis Vuitton has chosen to lavish special attention on younger visitors. Families can enjoy a fun and interactive introduction to contemporary art and to the building itself. A family ticket (from 1 or 2 adults and up to 4 children under 18) is available for 32 euros.

Every weekend and during French school holidays, two kind of activities are planned : storytelling-tours (ages 3 to 5) and workshops (ages 6 to 10). Reguraly, the Fondation organized late hours or weekend dedicated to families.

STORYTELLING-TOURS (AGES 3 TO 5)

These educational walking tours for 3-5 year olds are punctuated by game stops where children can learn about a work of art, an architectural detail, a material, and so on.
A narrative thread, by turns poetic and imaginary, is constructed from group-participation nursery rhymes, poems and fables. Using hands-on games and word play, these living stories bring art and architecture to life for our youngest visitors.

STORYTELLING TOUR : "THE COLOUR THIEF"

WORKSHOPS (AGES 6 TO 10)
