The Interactive Family Tour is a way for families to explore the Galleries on their own for an entertaining and educational exhibition experience.
David Hockney’s dachshunds have long been his loyal companions. For the David Hockney 25 exhibition, the children’s audio guide is a lively, frisky, chatty dachshund, representing the many dachshunds the artist cared so much about.
What’s more, a chatbot taking the form of Percy the Cat featured in one of the exhibition’s paintings, is children’s helpful companion to the audio guides, answering all their questions interactively. The goal is to encourage them to reflect more deeply and want to explore further.
