To visit the various locations within the Fondation, simply reserve a ticket using our online ticket office or by contacting one of our sales agents. To gain admission, visitors must present this ticket, in either paper or electronic form, to the Fondation staff members stationed on the main square, who will verify the ticket’s validity and any documentation related to discounted admissions.
For security reasons and to ensure that visitors enjoy their visit as much as possible, it is forbidden to bring in objects that could pose a risk to the safety of people, works of art or the building.
Sharp objects are also prohibited. Objects collected during Vigipirate checks will be systematically destroyed at the end of the day if they are not collected by their owner at the end of the visit.
Objects found after the Fondation closes will be kept by the on-site Lost and Found service and made available to their owners for a 48-hour period. After this period, they will be sent to the police station or to the main Lost and Found office of the Paris Prefecture of Police (36, rue des Morillons, 75015 Paris).
The public coatroom is a free service for checking coats, backpacks, umbrellas, etc. Nevertheless, suitcases and other bulky objects (folding bike, kick-scooter, skateboard, etc.) may not be left in the coatroom and such objects are prohibited inside the Fondation building.
Rucksacks and umbrellas are not allowed in the galleries and must be left in the cloakroom.
Wheelchairs and folding chairs are available at no charge at the reception desk for use during your visit. Supplies are limited.
Visitors must be in possession of a valid Fondation admission ticket to enter both the Le Frank Restaurant and the Fondation Bookshop. All tickets indicate an admission time. Due to various admission procedures, admission at that precise time is not always possible, but visitors can rest assured that they will enter the facility within approximately 30 minutes of this time.

The Bookshop closes its doors 15 minutes before the Fondation closing time. To visit our E-Bookshop, please click here.
